Return orders issued to non-EU citizens

In 2025, Estonia's return orders issued to non-eu citizens decreased by 15.4% compared to 2024, reaching 660.

Estonia ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 46.6% (from 1,235 in 2020).
