Return orders issued to non-EU citizens

In 2025, Finland's return orders issued to non-eu citizens increased by 31.2% compared to 2024, reaching 5,070.

Finland ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 6.5% (from 5,425 in 2020).
