Acquisitions of EU citizenship

In 2007, Slovakia's acquisitions of EU citizenship increased by 31.4% compared to 2006, reaching 1,478.

Slovakia ranks 22nd out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 57.6% (from 3,484 in 2002).
