In 2024, Croatia's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 22.6% compared to 2023, reaching 2,069.

Croatia ranks 13th out of 23 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 26.4% (from 2,812 in 2019).
