In 2018, Estonia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 13.8% compared to 2017, reaching 25.

Estonia ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 51.9% (from 52 in 2013).
