Level of internet access - households

In 2025, Hungary's level of internet access decreased by 1.8% compared to 2024, reaching 93.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 94.7%.

Hungary ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.2% (from 87.6% in 2020).
