In 2015, Latvia's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 5.2% compared to 2014, reaching 81.

Latvia ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 15.7% (from 70 in 2010).
