Prison population (juveniles)

In 2013, Latvia's prison population (juveniles) decreased by 16.4% compared to 2012, reaching 46.

Latvia ranks 18th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 81.5% (from 248 in 2008).
