GERD by sector of performance

In 2021, Latvia's GERD by sector of performance increased by 1.3% compared to 2020, reaching 0.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 2.2%.

Latvia ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 71.1% (from 0.5% in 2016).
