In 2024, Slovakia's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 18.4% compared to 2023, reaching 45.

Slovakia ranks 22nd out of 23 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 36.6% (from 71 in 2019).
