In 2025, the EU-27 figure for level of internet access was 94.7%.

That is a 0.6% rose versus 2024 (94.2%).

Over the five years before that, the EU-27 aggregate moved 3.8% higher.

Across member states, Netherlands reported the highest value (99.3%, 2025) and Croatia the lowest (87.9%, 2025).
