At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2017, Croatia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 4.9% compared to 2016, reaching 21.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 20.0%.

Croatia ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 8.2% (from 23.3% in 2012).
