In 2019, Croatia's at-risk-of-poverty threshold increased by 8.7% compared to 2018, reaching 12,880.

Croatia ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 40.6% (from 9,158 in 2014).
