In 2025, Croatia's at-risk-of-poverty threshold increased by 21.3% compared to 2024, reaching 23,694.

Croatia ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 78.0% (from 13,308 in 2020).
