Cyprus accounts for 84.0% of the EU-27 total of 58.2.

Cyprus ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.2% (from 49.5 in 2017).
