In 2019, Cyprus's at-risk-of-poverty rate by age group decreased by 1.9% compared to 2018, reaching 30.2.

Cyprus accounts for 91.5% of the EU-27 total of 33.0.

Cyprus ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.9% (from 28.8 in 2014).
