In 2023, Cyprus's at-risk-of-poverty rate of households without dependent children by work intensity increased by 10.7% compared to 2022, reaching 54.9.

Cyprus accounts for 99.6% of the EU-27 total of 55.1.

Cyprus ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 27.1% (from 43.2 in 2018).
