At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2010, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 4.7% compared to 2009, reaching 9.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.5%.

Czechia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 13.5% (from 10.4% in 2005).
