At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2019, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 5.2% compared to 2018, reaching 10.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.5%.

Czechia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.1% (from 9.7% in 2014).
