At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2017, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 17.7% compared to 2016, reaching 11.6%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 20.0%.

Czechia ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 16.5% (from 13.9% in 2012).
