At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2016, Czechia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 4.1% compared to 2015, reaching 14.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 21.4%.

Czechia ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 7.2% (from 15.2% in 2011).
