In 2020, Czechia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 23.7% compared to 2019, reaching 45,638.

Czechia ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 46.5% (from 85,366 in 2015).
