General government expenditure by function (COFOG)

In 2009, Czechia's general government expenditure by function (COFOG) increased by 7.3% compared to 2008, reaching 4.4%.

Czechia ranks 22nd out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.3% (from 4.6% in 2004).
