In 2017, Czechia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 38.5% compared to 2016, reaching 40.

Czechia ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 57.9% (from 95 in 2012).
