At-risk-of poverty rate for children (aged less than 18) by sex

In 2023, Czechia's at-risk-of poverty rate for children (aged less than 18) by sex increased by 5.1% compared to 2022, reaching 37.2.

Czechia accounts for 63.6% of the EU-27 total of 58.5.

Czechia ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.7% (from 33.0 in 2018).
