In 2021, Czechia's median relative income of elderly people (60+) increased by 7.9% compared to 2020, reaching 0.82.

Czechia accounts for 87.2% of the EU-27 total of 0.94.

Czechia ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.2% (from 0.81 in 2016).
