In 2024, Czechia's median relative income of elderly people (60+) increased by 7.6% compared to 2023, reaching 0.85.

Czechia accounts for 90.4% of the EU-27 total of 0.94.

Czechia ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 13.3% (from 0.75 in 2019).
