In 2023, Estonia's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 20.8% compared to 2022, reaching 9,699.

Estonia ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 31.0% (from 7,403 in 2018).
