In 2022, Estonia's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 6.8% compared to 2021, reaching 8,027.

Estonia ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.2% (from 7,633 in 2017).
