In 2013, Estonia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 17.5% compared to 2012, reaching 52.

Estonia ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 38.1% (from 84 in 2008).
