In 2014, Estonia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 21.2% compared to 2013, reaching 41.

Estonia ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 41.4% (from 70 in 2009).
