In 2019, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty threshold for a single household increased by 6.4% compared to 2018, reaching 8,544.

Estonia ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 49.3% (from 5,723 in 2014).
