In 2021, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty threshold for a single household increased by 3.3% compared to 2020, reaching 8,886.

Estonia ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 24.8% (from 7,120 in 2016).
