In 2024, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty threshold for a single household increased by 6.4% compared to 2023, reaching 9,889.

Estonia ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 15.7% (from 8,544 in 2019).
