In 2021, Estonia's net occupancy rate of bed-places and bedrooms in hotels and similar accommodation (NACE rev. 2, i, 55.1) (from 2012 onwards) increased by 22.7% compared to 2020, reaching 27.0.

Estonia accounts for 79.7% of the EU-27 total of 33.9.

Estonia ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 42.6% (from 47.0 in 2016).
