In 2018, Finland's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 28.4% compared to 2017, reaching 95.

Finland ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 11.2% (from 107 in 2013).
