In 2021, Finland's at-risk-of-poverty rate by age group decreased by 11.5% compared to 2020, reaching 21.6.

Finland accounts for 64.3% of the EU-27 total of 33.6.

Finland ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 6.9% (from 23.2 in 2016).
