In 2007, Greece's nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments increased by 13.2% compared to 2006, reaching 65,420,236.

Greece ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 20.1% (from 54,466,309 in 2002).
