In 2015, Hungary's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 9.2% compared to 2014, reaching 22.7%.
The figure is above the EU-27 average of 21.4%.
Hungary ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.
Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.8% (from 20.3% in 2010).
