In 2015, Slovakia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 4.7% compared to 2014, reaching 20.1%.
The figure is below the EU-27 average of 21.4%.
Slovakia ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.
Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.9% (from 18.8% in 2010).
