In 2024, Hungary's at-risk-of-poverty rate of households with at least one dependent child by work intensity increased by 1.9% compared to 2023, reaching 89.6.

Hungary accounts for 125.3% of the EU-27 total of 71.5.

Hungary ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 33.7% (from 67.0 in 2019).
