At-risk-of poverty rate by most frequent activity status - EU-SILC survey

In 2024, Hungary's at-risk-of poverty rate by most frequent activity status increased by 13.1% compared to 2023, reaching 6.90.

Hungary accounts for 84.1% of the EU-27 total of 8.20.

Hungary ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 37.3% (from 11.0 in 2019).
