In 2019, Ireland's at-risk-of-poverty threshold increased by 1.2% compared to 2018, reaching 23,630.

Ireland ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 18.9% (from 19,880 in 2014).
