Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2014, Italy's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group decreased by 0.3% compared to 2013, reaching 73.1%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 70.7%.

Italy ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.4% (from 72.8% in 2009).
