Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2004, Latvia's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 4.5% compared to 2003, reaching 84.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 83.2%.

Latvia ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.1% (from 79.9% in 1999).
