At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2018, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 7.0% compared to 2017, reaching 23.9%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 19.6%.

Lithuania ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 11.2% (from 26.9% in 2013).
