General government expenditure by function (COFOG)

In 2009, Lithuania's general government expenditure by function (COFOG) increased by 10.0% compared to 2008, reaching 5.5%.

Lithuania ranks 18th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 34.1% (from 4.1% in 2004).
