General government expenditure by function (COFOG)

In 2007, Lithuania's general government expenditure by function (COFOG) increased by 8.5% compared to 2006, reaching 11.5%.

Lithuania ranks 22nd out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.5% (from 10.6% in 2002).
