In 2014, Lithuania's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 9.9% compared to 2013, reaching 155.

Lithuania ranks 8th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 35.4% (from 240 in 2009).
