In 2023, Lithuania's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 11.3% compared to 2022, reaching 69.

Lithuania ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 28.9% (from 97 in 2018).
